Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which brands may be eligible for refunds on our affiliate marketing platform. Refunds are processed at our discretion and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1 Performance-Based Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Content creators failed to create clips or promotional content for your campaign
  • Your campaign received unreasonably low engagement relative to budget allocation
  • Example: Campaign budget of $5,000 with only $100 spent over an extended period due to lack of creator participation

2.2 Offer Quality Requirements

Important: Refunds are contingent on reasonable campaign offers. You are NOT eligible for refunds if:

  • Your revenue per mille (RPM) is below $0.10
  • View thresholds are set unreasonably high (e.g., 20,000+ views for low-value offers)
  • Reward amounts are insufficient to attract quality content creators
  • Campaign terms are unrealistic or unappealing to creators

3. PRE-REFUND OPTIMIZATION PROCESS

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to:

  • Request that you increase creator rewards or payment rates
  • Suggest adding performance bonuses or bounties to attract creators
  • Recommend extending campaign duration to allow for better results
  • Propose modifications to campaign parameters or targeting

You must cooperate with these optimization efforts before refund consideration.

4. REFUND CALCULATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

4.1 Non-Refundable Expenses

The following are NOT refundable:
  • Money already spent on creator payments
  • Platform fees for completed transactions
  • Third-party service costs (payment processing, etc.)

4.2 Refund Percentages by Campaign Size

Campaigns Under $30,000 Budget

  • Maximum refund: 50% of our platform profit only
  • Does not include creator payments or third-party costs
  • Calculated based on service fees collected

Campaigns $30,000+ Budget

  • Maximum refund: 80% of our platform profit only
  • Does not include creator payments or third-party costs
  • Calculated based on service fees collected

4.3 Refund Calculation Example

Campaign Budget: $10,000

Creator Payments Made: $3,000

Platform Service Fees: $1,000

Platform Profit: $1,000

Maximum Refund (Under $30k): 50% of $1,000 = $500

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

5.1 Submission Requirements

  • Submit refund requests within 60 days of campaign end
  • Provide detailed explanation of performance issues
  • Include supporting documentation and analytics
  • Allow up to 14 days for initial review

5.2 Review Process

  • We will analyze campaign performance and creator engagement
  • Review offer competitiveness and market standards
  • Assess compliance with platform terms and best practices
  • Determine if optimization attempts were made

6. REFUND PROCESSING

6.1 Approved Refunds

  • Processed within 10-15 business days of approval
  • Refunded to original payment method when possible
  • Confirmation provided via email with transaction details

6.2 Partial Refunds

  • May be offered when full refund criteria are not met
  • Based on actual performance gaps and mitigating factors
  • Subject to same processing timeline as full refunds

7. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will NOT be provided for:
  • Campaigns with unrealistic or below-market offers
  • Normal market fluctuations in creator performance
  • Changes in social media algorithm or platform policies
  • Creator content that meets minimum requirements but underperforms
  • Campaigns terminated early by the brand
  • Technical issues resolved within reasonable timeframes

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Appeal Process

  • Refund denials may be appealed within 30 days
  • Provide additional evidence or clarification as requested
  • Final decisions are made by senior management
  • Appeal decisions are final and binding

8.2 Alternative Resolution

If refund is not approved, we may offer:

  • Account credits for future campaigns
  • Extended campaign duration at no additional cost
  • Enhanced support and optimization services
  • Modified terms for subsequent campaigns
